Chocolate mint coconut fat bombs

Ingredients
1 pack of pure creamed coconut (see image on left)
1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 pinch sea salt
8 drops of young living peppermint essential oil




Directions:
1) In a pot, on the lowest heat setting, melt the coconut cream and coconut oil (stir).
2) Once mostly melted, add the honey (continue stirring).
3) Once melted, add the cacao powder & sea salt (continue stirring).
4) Finally, add the peppermint oil (stir).
5) Remove from stove and pour into a mold of your choice
6) Set in freezer for 10 minutes.
7) Pop chocolate mint coconut bombs out of mold, and store in refrigerator.

Flax Hemp Banana Muffins


Ingredients:

1 cup milled flax seeds (freshly ground is best! I use my vitamix for this)
1 cup milled hemp seeds (freshly ground is best! I use my vitamix for this)
3 large bananas
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 tablespoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon pure vanilla
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
5 eggs
1 teaspoon maca powder

Instructions:
Stir all the wet ingredients into all the dry ingredients.
Bake at 350'F for 30 minutes
